Indications
Sharp loss of blood, congelation, traumatic, operational, ambustial, intoxical septic shock.
Side effects and precautions
There can be allergic reactions (a skin itch, skin eruption, Kvinke hypostasis) a fever, a pain in joints, a back, a hypotension, a nausea, vomitting, spasms of bronchial tubes. Anaphilactic shock. Infringements of coagulability of blood ( athrombia ) can take place.
Contra-indications
The raised sensitivity to dextran, the raised predisposition to allergic reactions, traumas of a cranium with increase of intracranial pressure, a haemorrhage in a brain, heavy infringements clotting (a thrombocytopenia, thrombocytopathy, deficiency of the factor VIII, etc.), and also conditions at which it is impossible to enter a significant amount of a liquid (diseases of kidneys with anuria, cardiovascular insufficiency, hypervolemia).
With care its necessary to use a preparation in case of chronic diseases of a liver.
