Solutions affecting electrolyte balance
Indications
The preparation is used for completion of deficiency of a liquid, especially at dehydration which is accompanied hypokalemia and acidosis. It is applied also at long introduction of peroral diuretic with loss of potassium, to restoration aqua-electrolyte balance by preparation of patients for operative intervention, in intra -and the postoperative period.
Side effects and precautions
Hypokalemia, hyperhydration, infringement of work of heart.
Contra-indications
Oliguria , anuria , hypokalemia , alkalemia , anoxemia , lactatemia , sharp dehydration , a hypostasis of lungs, decompensate heart insufficiency, eclampsia.

-Natrium lactate - 5.94g
-Water for injection - up to 1L
